Took my mum for Sunday dinner, was amazing, fresh and hot. Nice colourful clean table cloths and chair coverings. Felt a little like a restaurant. Friendly happy staff and good atmosphere. They was busy so best to book in advance. Been a few times. Highly recommended.

Headstocks - The House of Generosity The place where you are always welcomed with open arms. The place where the locals meet and discuss what's happened and is happening in the world of sports. The place where you can play pool and be supportive of your favourite team of football or golf. The place where the memories of the loved heroes who have made a difference are remembered and cheered. They have lots of beers and serve crisps that go very well with the beers. The place is very tidy and the music is just above the quiet talks of the people in the bar. There are two big stereo speakers and a total of 5 TV screens on which you can watch your favourite matches. This place is pet friendly though the customers have to ask permission and have their animals on the lead while inside. There are charging sockets available which is a relief sometimes, when you realise the battery is running out of juice. The smoking area has plenty of bins but people are too messy sometimes. This is a family business and I do love that about this place. It is rare for businesses to be run (and do so well,) by members of the same family. I do believe that coming here helped me realise how important is staying close to family. I'm sure that if you as well come here will go home with the Christmas spirit in your heart and wanting to come again to light up the candle from your heart. I am happy I've been here today and I will surely come back to play some pool and have a drink or two. Looking forward to cheer with you in the HEADSTOCKS. CHEERS!
Really good pub with spacious setting and decor is great. Guiness is spot on. Staff are real good and didnt want to leave
