Good atmosphere and an authentic look. I appreciate the style and references held within regarding the areas heritage with the rail industry and the likes. The drinks are reasonably priced. I've only visited twice. The first time we had a meal and the food was great. The second time, a long time after, we were told they had stopped serving food. This was a big disappointment as the food the first time was a big draw for the second visit and it cut our time there short as the group were all starving and had to go elsewhere to eat.
Tasty beer, friendly staff and dogs are welcome. A great stop off on a Norton pub crawl. Thanks for having us!
