I would like to start by saying the lads working there are very welcoming, enthusiastic and friendly and if you want new tyres they provide an excellent service. However I give them 3 stars because the standard of work carried out on the suspension on my car was not acceptable. Whilst i appreciate their reasons, the owner sacked their best mechanic who identifed the problems with my car that 5 major garages failed to pickup and as a result used their service because of his expertise and had started the work but did not complete due to being let go. I was assured that his replacement mechanic was even better and could complete the job. However the work done resulted in me having to get it done again at another garage costing me more money. They did apologise and offered to rectify the problem, however because of the after care service, I decided to get it done elsewhere. Unfortunately I will not be using them again and cannot recommend HD Autos for their mechanical services.
Turned up at 8.15am and the guy changed by wheel and put on new tyre in 20mins for 35 for everything.
Went in with a puncture. Got fixed and away in 10 minutes. Really nice and helpful staffs.
Really lovely guys, nothing was too much for them. They helped me out with my tyre for my mini, as a single women didn't try to overprice, did me a really good deal, will 100% be returning.
