This was a tremendous 2021 Grand Cherokee buying experience at Buhler Hazlet. David L was the best sales rep that I’ve had in a long time. I walked in and went up to a sales rep that I felt would gel with my personality and my forthcoming questions and it worked out great. A little bit back and forth on price, but an educated buyer knows what the deal is and where the price point is. No muss, no fuss. I turned in my leased 2017 Wrangler to David and he took care of everything. He had the new car ready. He kept me updated with texts constantly on the new vehicle and his availability. Nothing more a buyer could ask for. Stress free. Thanks to David. And the finance paperwork at the end was easy too!

For two consecutive years in a row, I had an issue with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. When trying to fill the tank with gas, the nozzle would immediately click off. The team at Buhler specifically Rick (Service Dept) were very accommodating. The fix required a full gas tank replacement twice at no cost to me. Rick provided me with a loaner vehicle, called me numerous times to update me on delivery and repairs. I am a satisfied long term customer of Buhler. Thank you Rick and the entire Service Team.
