Ultra Core is the best training system I've used, and I've tried a few locally. The great variety of classes and times means I can train at times to suit me - around work etc which is great!! The coaches are SO passionate about what the do, and really care about us, and the journey we are all on and really keep you motivated and enjoying it. I cannot recommend it highly enough!!

A great range of classes on offer, including run clubs. Terry & Ruth are amazing coaches, when you're not feeling like exercising, they'll get you going! They offer advice through injury, nutrition, etc. So, in a nutshell, I highly recommend ultra core!

With the support I have lost just over 3 stone and taken part in running races and fun obstacle events which I never dreamt id do let alone finish. I highly recommend Ultracore.
