Genuinely content from my experience this morning at the pharmacy. The staff were very knowledgable and were able to offer done very valuable advice. The highlight for me was she didn’t rush me- she took the time to listen to my concerns, even with someone waiting next in line. Thank you Lloyds Pharmacy!

Just a horrible experience with careless staff and manager, they dont seem to care how long people wait or even talk to the costumer properly. Have to say the manager is a big deception as for the way she acts, arrogantly.

I'm shielding currently and depend on a kind friend to collect my medication. As I don't want her to need to go in repeatedly if some items are not immediately available I have been ringing Lloyd's to check first. This month they proactively rang me. I was very impressed.

Shocking customer care, attitude from staff. We placed a prescription in for a 6 month baby, told would be 48 hours then 5 days, then 6.. still not heard anything and when I chase it the staff are rude and couldn't care less. Appalling. Head office much more helpful.

I've used this pharmacy in Saisbury's for many years but sadly it seems to be going rapidly downhill. They are increasingly slow to process prescriptions (my repeat was not ready today after a long wait in the queue, having submitted it five days ago) and today the three staff seemed to be floundering. The pharmacist looked particularly stressed, and there was stock all over the floor. They seemed overwhelmed and unable to cope.
