No reply on the phone and didn’t receive the promised call back from the automated reply so I phoned the new haven branch who told me that Hayward’s Heath branch is actually closed at the moment - he said he could arrange for a home visit to measure up but the diary was down at the moment this was 3 days ago - called back next day to be informed it’s still not working but would be phoned later that morning- still waiting! Well not waiting another company came in and measured up this morning- carpetright obviously have so much business they can afford not to give any level of customer service the response from the ‘business owner’ just shows their total lack of customer support- I don’t have an order I can’t even get a phone call or a quote from your company!

I’ve ordered a bed from this store and on day when delivery should come we only received one base of divan bed and delivery people told us that we will definitely receive another bed tomorrow, which is wasn’t true. I’ve contacted the store nobody give me any reason why this happened not even apology. In mean time I received text message from delivery people that my another bed will come after 6 days , so now we have to sleep on floor. Plus delivery people don’t move bed into your room and they don’t do assembly as well but in store carpet right they told me that they will do everything. This is not what you expect as customer and avoid this company!!!

I wanted 6 weeks for a refund and not once did I receive a call from them I chased twice a week for 6 weeks went into store and they never call you back it was always someone else who did the refund . I decided to find an alternative and I went into store on Monday and called on Tuesday and on Tuesday they advice they would call and I'm still waiting the customer service is appalling. I would not use the company again once I get this problem resolved. This has been going on since 27th December.
