I do not even have the words to describe how happy I am to have found Hayley Scott Blooms! Customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced EVER! Being in Canada and wanting to send flowers to a friend in the UK... in the middle of a pandemic... the day before a bank holiday... Hayley made the most special bouquet and had them delivered to my friend all within 24hours. My friend sent a picture of the bouquet and is gorgeous! Full of bright blooms with lots of buds so it will last a long time. 15/10 ... highly highly recommend using Hayley Scott Blooms for your floral needs!

I ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday from Hayley - having never ordered flowers before i just told her what my friend is like and can she come up with a bouquet to match her personality and I could have cried with happiness when I saw the finished product. It was perfect in every way, so professional and beautiful, everyone loved it - especially my friend! Thank you so so much Hayley, I will be ordering from you again!
Hayley’s skills as a florist are amazing but as important is her customer service skills. She gave such a personal service with recommendations where requested and updates on delivery. Nothing seems too much trouble and as I told Hayley herself, she is now my ‘go to florist’. Thank you
Truly stunning flowers in unique, seasonal bouquets, with premium customer service. Hayley is a very talented florist and I recommend anyone in the catchment to use her service. Best of the best!
100% recommend! Despite a very last minute request, Hayley was super attentive and prepared exactly what I wanted ( more!) to get my delivery on time. My friend LOVED the surprise and the beautiful flowers - it makes a whole difference when things are made with love! THANK YOU!
