I came here when I was a small child, some nearly 30 years later I return with my own family. A nice shop to walk through first and a cafe and large seating area welcoming people to eat their packed lunches under cover. The entry area is small and prices are reasonable but check online for vouchers first. The family ticket isn't always the cheapest option. The first thing I noticed was the large amount of benches available everywhere to eat at, this is really good and better than most other large family places we've been to. The park has mainly a very large bird collection with many many bird averies but also has penguins and otters. The bird show down on the large field at lunch time was very good. Plenty of seating and speakers so we could hear pretty well. The lady was knowledgeable and they brought around 4-5 birds out of different kinds, eagles etc. Very nice to see them flying around and the show lasted around 45 minutes. My boys got to sit with a penguin and stroke it which was awesome and we also went to feed the parakeets which was a brilliant experience. The bird show in the afternoon was cancelled half way through due to the bad weather but we didn't mind as they did try but they have to think about the animals first. The indoor kids play area was very busy and large but while it rained it did come in handy. A very pleasant experience overall and we would definitely go back again with the kids.

Me and our 2 yr old had an amazing day at Paradise Park. The setup is both covid safe and family friendly. Going out of season we expected certain things not to be on, but there was plenty for us to see. We could not believe how close we got to the penguins and flamingos and it was a treat to see the otter and red pandas in action. There is so much to see, plus feeding the goats/sheep and the little train ride made it a very memorable day. The staff were helpful and smiley, and the layout was easy to follow. There are so many areas to sit down, have a picnic or just sit enjoy the scenery and animals. We took away our free badges and the free goat/sheep feed was a great bonus. The walk-in aviaries were great and again had seating areas to enjoy. We will live in Truro and for a half or full day out this is one of the best attractions we have been to this year. Thank you everyone at Paradise Park for making it a great day.

The place is good, well maintained. Mamy parrot species, penguins and Red panda are main attractions. Not a big park so , you can cover entire tour in 2hr. They also provide food to feed sheep and goats. Good experience for kids to feed animals.

Oh my, how amazing is this place. It's small and tucked away but beautifully formed on the inside. There COVID19 arrangements are well organised, there are regular sanitizing spots and the one way root allows for lovely safe social distancing. Coffee from the cafe is a little on the expensive side at 2.25, for a smallish cup.
