Unfortunately they will not let you view any of their rental properties if you are in receipt of any benefits. Even if you work full time but still receive universal credit. Majority of single parents receive a top up to their income by some form of benefit and this blanket rule of \our landlords do not accept tenants in receipt of benefits\ is just discrimination which you are supporting Thank you for your reply below. However I will not be contacting you further - I already spoke direct with your office with my initial enquiry and was told I would not be allowed to view the rental property I was interested in due to being in receipt of universal credit, despite working full time. I then asked if there were any other properties I could view and was informed you do not have any landlords or properties which accept tenants in receipt of benefits and therefore I was refused to be allowed to view any of your advertised properties. This is clearly discrimination.
