Couldn't have asked for more caring service from Sarah and her assistant Becky when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful dogs and cat. Thank you to all of the staff at Haygate, both Wellington and Muxton for making something so painful so much more bearable.

First time here, and even during COVID time, were able to get us in straight away and see our cat. They had a good chat with me outside and took great care with him. We can see that the staff here are popular with the animals, as a dog who was waiting with their owner to go in as well was getting excited whenever a staff member walked past, instead of nervous.
Absolutely awful. If I could give no stars I would. Always asks if you've got insurance then diagnoses your pet with the worst thing possible. Do not recommend. Worst Vets I have ever been to. Absolutely disgusting.
