I ordered online. Collected within an hour. Went early, not many people.

Friendly staff. Parking has become an issue since the gym has opened next door. Due to this I do tend to prefer going to b and q
Picked up my click and collect order. Lady was helpful so I helped her pick up my order as it was heavy. (50 Litre of compost and large wooden plant bed border).
I had checked the stock level online but was unable to find the item I wanted. I asked for help and was sent to the wrong isle. A different staff member eventually directed me to the correct location. It may be better to pay online and then collect in store - usually placed to one side by the till. Next time. Screwfix have a better setup where you don't have to spend forever looking for something.
Very good store, friendly colleagues, parking is bit congested due to other stores around. Staff not allowed me to check My WC before purchasing. But when I purchased and paid for it I found my WC is fully cracked but as the item was available. I got my evening exchanged quickly. Very reliable store for indoor purchase. Reasonably priced all around items
