I ordered just before their 3 pm cut off on a Friday. Expected Monday delivery at best and it turned up on Saturday with all items correct. Credit where it's due.

Ordered a few items, of which some were delivered quickly. However, one item (white boxes) were full of black shoe prints. One set of boxes was completely missing. I keep emailing them and getting different answer every day. Finally this was corrected but took way too.long.

I would avoid using them to be honest. It is more their use of couriers more than anything. We have been waiting over a week for our Next Day Delivery and it just hasn't come. I have spoken to customer service everyday and they keep assuring me it is getting delivered and it hasn't. We have waited until 6pm everyday to receive it and nothing comes. Only a week and a day later they have finally decided to send the replacement. So frustrating and they have now sent it with a different courier which I am confused about in the first place. Frustrating to talk to them and there are better places out there to use.
