Great place to visit all year round. Especially Christmas time when they have a great display of items and show pieces. Had to buy this little hedgehog this year. A must visit for all. Great secure covid rules in place.

Decided that on a rainy day this was a better option than walking around Ambleside. Went for lunch, good selection of light snacks, very happy with our sausage swirl on ciabatta roll. Very well organised for Covid protocols. Just as we were finishing fire alarm went off and staff organised evacuation with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. WELL DONE TO YOU ALL.

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake with my online order (my own fault) and they were really kind and helpful sorting it out for me very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again after this really good experience.

The food was fantastic The plants are of a high quality. The shops are full of stick and good prices throughout. A must for children to see the range of Christmas present and displays are amazing.

Great place to visit. Covid precautions are very good with plenty of room for social distancing with sanitising stations throughout the store. Excellent service in the restaurant too
