Manager is difficult to contact, tried to pay my deposit on numerous occasions in person, but was sent away and told to come back when the manager was available. Could never get there when able to because he wasn't there. Was told I could give my deposit another day so I called and finally spoke to the manager, only for him to state that he gave the hall booking to other people a week ago, on the date I booked 2 months prior. Further to this the manager would not let me finish my sentences, interrupted, shouted and was EXTREMELY RUDE! I've booked with him in the past and received the same treatment of rudeness and bad customer service. The caretaker was much kinder. Overall, cheap isn't always cheerful and I've experienced this first hand! Terrible!

I was over for my cousins wedding. Lovely people and staff as good as gold. I enjoyed my 2 calls to it. They even helped us get an uber sorted to take us to wedding.
