I always have a great experience. I was helped by Sean today who was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The facility is always clean and they try and get you in and out as fast as possible

If you want to donate, try a different place. They have no quality control on their appointment scheduling and as a result, you will have an appointment and still wait over an hour past the appointment time in order to be seen. The company CLEARLY has little to no concern about these things. This review will get their typical generic, please email us response...however, they do not respond or pay attention to responses to that feedback email either. Some of the staff are friendly, unfortunately, many of them have very poor attitudes (presumably because they are getting worked into the ground) which overshadows the few with positive attitudes.

They were a great place, very fast and efficient. Their participation in the fear and paranoia has slowed twitter service to a crawl, and the measures that they take in the name of \safety\ are ridiculous at best. I'm not going back until they go back to how they were before.

I never had a problem before. At 6:45 i went in and the guy said grab a mask from the middle. I didn't here him and pulled from the string out came two. Then when i was about to go up. This guy talked to the gale she ran my test. I was hydrated and all my vitals are good. I know they are so i wasted my time. Im done with this place.

This is the worst place you can possibly donate. They do not clean and sanitize, they're supposed to check all temps when people come in but they don't. Staff wearing their masks with their noses exposed, their equipment isn't hardly ever calibrated so it's pure luck usually if you get in. Mark Bennett is the center manager, one conversation with him will tell you everything you need to know (everything he says it's a lie or excuse, pretty sure the weird 'sorry' isn't in his vocabulary). BIOLIFE CORPORATE PLEASE COME FIX THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. I've never felt so unwelcome in a donation center in my life.
