Joanne has been amazing, her role is to chase the chain to ensure the earliest exchange and completion date. We had continuous problems with our buyers further down the chain and Joanne was so on it. Joanne is tenacious, professional and efficient. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Joanne would be the reason we would sell or buy through Haybrooks in the future.
