As first-time buyers, we were terrified of not knowing the ins and outs of buying a house, especially under the current circumstances. Every house that we have been to view and liked has sold before we even had chance to take the time to think about it. However, Mel Storey has been amazing throughout the experience. She contacted me regarding a property in the area we were looking in, and was really flexible around both my partner and I’s work schedule. We visited the property, and we just loved it. Mel provided us with the time we needed to discuss whether or not we were going to put an offer in, which was really lovely. The day after our viewing, we put an offer in, which was accepted. Mel phoned me up just as excited as I am. It is clear that she loves her job, and is exceptionally good at it. We are really grateful for the opportunity she has provided for us to get onto the property ladder. I couldn’t recommend Haybrook enough.
