Always the best advise from all the staff. The vets I have seen are fantastic with Emmie and sort out any problems she may have. Lovely people to deal with and very kind to my dog. The best practice I have ever been with, thank you.

Moved to this vets a while ago after having a bad experience with another vets practice. I cannot fault these! They've always got us appointments quickly and promptly (including during lockdown!) And have been considerate and understanding of my pets problems. Always gave me multiple treatment options and explained it all to me. Absolutely fantastic...
Always great service for my pets at Hawthorne Lodge, great vets, exceptional nurses, friendly reception staff. Treatment and professionalism are second to non, thanks to all.
Felt very safe waiting outside. Good idea to phone on arrival. Had a new vet. She was delightful, helpful and efficient. A very good experience for my kitten and me.
I have been using Hawthorne Lodge for 9 years and I have been very happy with the service. They are all very professional and welcoming. They even remember my dogs name. Their health care plan is very good value for money. Highly recommend
