Because they keep this place emasculate. A pretty big complex and its very well Manicured The best occupants also . Never any loudness, or and disturbances by other tenants. Because the manager just don’t allow anyone to move in just to fill the apartments. The best I’ve seen to date in that regard. ️

I stayed here for one year. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment community is quite. The parking lot is gated off. The parking outside of apartment is impossible. No available space outside. The apartment itself is nice and I faced no maintenance issues. The have a nice pool and barbecue set up, along with a small gym.
I’ve lived here for 8 years and I’ve never had any problems with the building or the landlord. The building is beautiful and always clean! I’ve never had bugs in my apartment and it’s always quiet. They do have strict rules but it’s for the best . This is one of the nicest apartments in Hawthorne so u so get what u pay for. I’ll be living here until I either have kids or get married.
The apt is OK and the common space is quietly, but if rain will appear a lot of parking spaces with water leak chemicals, your car will need a painting treatment to get rid of the stains. I had a problem with rain leaking on my bedroom but they fixed. The landlord BJ is very strict but this helps the peace and respect on the building. The location is bad, between two schools and many others buildings, it means, no parking space on the street. You can get robbed, my neighbor next door lost her iPhone on the street and I lost my cellphone mount on my motorcycle inside the parking garage.
