Reception staff could do with being breifed on being 'approachable'. Otherwise, lovely nurses you can talk to about anything & very informative. Parking isn't free in the hospital.
Always gone here for implant insertion n removal never had any problems or issues cant fault the staff they all lovely polite an make you feel comfortable :)
Nice staff, go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
They never picked up the phone called so many times.
