Not sure if it Hawthorn fish bar or just eat app but been waiting over an hour for food when told on the app would be 35mins. Food is normally very good, but this delivery poor service happened last time as well and the food was not the usual standard either. So won’t be coming back now to use just eat or the the chip shop as no one owns the problem. Just wanted to say they manager contacted me and explained all, it was so good to have an honest conversation and all explained clearly, so for that just alone I will top rate then for there response. Finally I have been using the chip shop for years and can say they serve the best chips shop food so please do enjoy there food as it is excellent

Hawthorn fish bar staff are always loverly and polite, food is always fantastic. Don’t be put off if there is a long line of customers waiting to be served. It’s busy because the food is well worth the wait.

Always great food, well packaged and tasty. The curry sauce is delicious. Definitely recommend.
