Beautiful building with lots of character. Very welcoming and attentive staff. My daughter and now son in law had their evening meal here and it was delicious. Plenty to choose from and we'll presented. Also good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there on this wonderful occasion.

Fantastic food and very helpful staff, despite working under pandemic conditions. They were even able to cook a single steak to two different levels to accommodate one pregnant person. Great experience.
For the startes, we had the beef capacio which was very tasty and the best yorkshire pudding we had so far! The gravy was great and the pudding was very crunchy and crispy on the outside and fluffly on the inside! We also ordered the roasted bone marrow and holy shhtttt the portion is huge I have never been served that much bone marrow in my life and I am immensely happy for that, loveeeee boneeee marrow!!! The steak was great and tasty and the portion is also huge!!!! We are already exploding but had to order desserts because we always do!!!! AND THE DESSERTS ARE TO DIE FOR! The peanut butter caramel dessert is one we never had before and will def go back just for that..... and for everything else too...... :) cocktails were good too and the wine was also good!
Got a booking for a Friday evening for a birthday celebration. When we arrived, we were promptly taken to a large room reminiscent of a public school dinning hall. It was about half full when we arrived, but was completely full by the time we left. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the food. The potted beef was really nice and the steaks (we had the porterhouse and Chateaubriand) were fantastic. We were even give a couple of dishes on the house and a small happy birthday cake.
Probably the best branded steak house in the country. End-to-end ownership of supply chain of fabulous dry aged beef. Hats off to Richard H. Turner and Co.
