Excellent job done in very good time. It was important to engineer that job was done as soon as poss. He really made it happen. When the wrong part came he was straight on the phone to then requesting immediate that they send the correct part and within two days it was fitted. Very decent to deal with. Thank you. Our dishwasher packed up and Abbas came round the same day as we called. He was polite, diligent and clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable. The problem was more complex than originally thought but he found the solution and brought it back to full working order for an extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
Abbas was extremely polite, courteous & professional. He was very thorough & fixed both my extractor fan electric ceramic hob which has saved me s in not having to replace with new appliances. I will definitely be recommending Abbas & the company that he works for. Thank very much, Mrs B Mottley.
My oven door wouldn't close and after trying to fix it myself I thought I'd ruined it and needed a new one. Rang them and they said an engineer would ring me Monday. Abbas the engineer actually rang about an hour later and asked for photos, then he rang back and asked if he could come and look before he ordered the part. He fixed it within 10 minutes!! Lovely, polite guy and very professional and honest. Fantastic service! Would definitely recommend.
Abbas was so helpful and came round within 24 hours. He really helped me with good knowledge about what I can expect from my warranty and although he couldn't fully fix the appliance (parts no longer available, not his fault) he got it working which was super helpful.
