I have returned again and again over the years. When it comes to buying the softest, warmest, lovely colours in wool, cashmere, etc they will always be my favourite. Even if I am traveling I will wait till I get there or their supplier in Andover MA. Yes its worth saving up and flying to the UK just to feel their fabrics and get help from their friendly staff. My only regret is they do not do as many cloths for woman and children, i.e. lighter colours.
