Great customer service here and Jeanette is a fantastic manager
Unfortunately the staff, including the manager are not prepared and not willing to help customers. I asked a couple of questions and the manager didn't know the answer for both of then! I can't believe that a responsible for a store not knowing the answer for something won't be bother to ask someone else, or another store for instance. Really bad experience that is a shame, when we think that WH Smith charges the prices they do. My bill on that day was around 90 and turned in 30, as I wasn't happy to take the other 2 books without mu questions being answered. I wanted to make sure I was purchasing something that I was informed of what I was getting,but unfortunately it wasn't the case. Next time I am surely buying online and have it delivered at my house. Is worthless going to the store with unhelpful staff. I am sorry, but this was my worst experience in a store. Hopefully, this will change.
Over priced and staff always seem to be chatting to one another. Not very helpful
Staff not friendly, not helpfull. Don't even try to help when I asked to search in the system if a book was available. Not coming back for sure
