I have bought my reading glasses and safety glasses for work from the Observatory. The service is always first class. The staff are always very courteous and professional and they make a good cup of tea too. My glasses are exactly what I wanted at a good price. I will be back

Very friendly staff. Helped me choose my first glasses for VDU work. I would recommend and will be using the Observatory again.
A really helpful and friendly team. Highly recommended. I felt very well looked after and it's so nice to be able to read again!!!
I have been coming here for some years now. I have always found you to be highly professional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have used Varifocal spectacles for a year now, as I drive and do a lot of reading and close work, and have just been for my annual eye test, which was really thorough and relaxed. Thank you Wardale Williams (The Observatory) ! Highly recommended.
It was my first time coming to this options. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped me choose my glasses. I will.be definitely going back when I need my eyes tested again
