Fast and efficient service! Always had a quick reply regarding quotes by e-mail. Delivery has always been on time and as expected. I had an issue with one of my plaster boards on my previous delivery, and with one e-mail had a replacement sent the next day. Can't ask any more than that. Thanks James!

My wife went in to MKM Haverhill with our daughter last week and she came back raving about the customer service. She has asked me to add this review. The summary of what she said was this: - Very helpful and friendly staff (nothing was a problem) - Every member of staff came across as professional and approachable - Immaculate showroom - Delivery of her order was spot on (driver called ahead as promised) - Delivered materials were of good quality Personally, I have never used them. (although I suspect I will in the future). My wife has never asked me to post a review for a company before and has never spoken of her customer experience with anyone else. The most helpful building supplies company I have ever used. I had bulk bags of ballast and cement delivered quickly when I required it. I used the products on the saturday and run out of material. I quickly went back to mkm at 11.15am baring in mind they shut at 12.00. The guys had no problem with loading another bulk bag for me and delivering it within 20 minutes. So helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!!
