Spent 3 hrs trying to get a replacement washing machine every one I picked they didn't have in stock could not go any where else as I had a credit note from the company as the last one was under warranty night mare: but on the plus side had a very nice young man who had only been working there 12 looking after us and I the end had to spend more money over the top of the credit but got a washing in the end thank god.

I phoned ahead and asked them if they are able to fix my computer even though it is a custom built that didn't come from them, they said yes. I travel up there, guy said it wasn't a problem and they check it in for 60 quid. I get a voice mail the next day \oh we can't try to fix your computer because it wasn't built by pc specialist\. Apparently they have some sort of contract with them. They refunded the 60 quid. However, they had TWO opportunities to tell me about this policy. I do not drive and had to pay for transport for each visit. I am down money and my computer is still broken. They wouldn't even give me a suggestion as to what to do next. I would NOT recommend.
