Having been made redundant in March due to Covid-19, Michelle has been amazing throughout, helpful and professional. Her positiveness and encouragement in these difficult times has helped me land an amazing new job. She helped me with the interview preparations and was always there to answer any questions I had. She was there throughout the process and I always knew she is available to help if I needed. Super friendly, very honest and kind, she made the whole experience absolutely excellent! Michelle was very active from the beginning till the end and very quick responding to all my queries, via email and phone. The preparation, advice and support was excellent. I felt there was a genuine interest in helping me find the right role. The preparation content provided for interviews specifically was very helpful, and for me provided the right information that was of benefit in any interviews I took part in. Follow up and feedback was always quick and helpful before and after interviews. All the follow ups were much appreciated it, and the interview prep with her made me land a great job opportunity and for that I am very grateful to her. I cannot rate CMA highly enough. Having been made redundant in October due to the effects of COVID 19 I ended up speaking to a lot of recruitment agencies and CMA are so different. I really felt like they took the time to find out about me as a candidate and ensure they put me forward for the right role. Michelle especially was professional but also warm and friendly with her approach. At a difficult time I cannot explain how helpful and great I found CMA. If I ever find myself looking for another job again they will be my first call. Also if I ever need to hire anyone for my new company I would not hesitate to contact them.
