Bought a car remotely from Nottingham. James Newman’s outstanding customer service made it an absolute breeze and pleasure. Videos made and sent to me on demand. Expedient responses to my questions via email and telephone. Everything was made super easy and all done in a friendly yet professional manner. Would wholeheartedly recommend to all customers - nationwide! Nick, the driver who delivered my car, was fantastic too: texted me when car was picked up and updated me when en route and with a delivery time. One last thing - the used car I bought was immaculately cleaned and taken care of; it looked brand new. Extremely pleased with all aspects of this purchase.

Purchased a car. Brilliant service from Richard. It was so great to have a sales representative that was informative, but not hard sell. Richard gave me all the information I needed to decide on the XC40 but was not \pushy\ which is something I really valued as a customer. Richard was extremely helpful in detailing all the financial options available and advising on the one to meet my needs.
