Never have I seen the car park so busy, gridlocked. So many people in store. Why are you not restricting numbers like in the first lockdown. The only store with no queue.....shocking. Gone are the one way systems or anything to keep shopper's and staff safe. My closest supermarket but I'm not coming back until it's safe to do so!

A huge Asda store with groceries, clothes and items for the home. When we visited the car park was very busy. Once inside it was obvious that it was a very busy Saturday afternoon with most aisles very busy. We had a quick look around and there was plenty of choice and lots of large displays of food and drink for Christmas. At the front of the store the tills are very busy and social distancing was difficult so we decided to leave and perhaps return on a quieter evening when hopefully it wouldn’t be so busy.

Anything but covid friendly... My wife was met by an aggressive employee who proceeded to get well within a 2m distance to confront her about not wearing a mask. She is exempt from wearing a mask for medical reasons and your Ill trained, rude and quite frankly appallingly behaved team members should know that they cannot walk up to people and demand proof that she is exempt. We will never be using your shop again. SORT IT OUT.

In general a good place to shop. Some staff very helpful; unfortunately not all staff following Covid-19 rules. Face masks either not being worn or not covering the nose, this was male staff. Those not wearing masks are supposed to wear a badge that they are exempt due to a medical issue; I find that strange as a surely they are more vulnerable. It does raise the question of whether, as they are working with the public, are they fit for work?
