I'm finding it more difficult these days to find a place to buy my Erinmore pipe tobacco. I did a quick Google search for some and Havana House came up first in the list. I quickly found what I was looking for & was really happy to find that not only is their tobacco cheaper than the other place I buy it from but also delivery was free. The whole purchase process was effortless and my tobacco was delivered very quickly. Superb service from start to finish, a highly recommended shop

Shocking service, Place 2 orders the end of May second one arrived (I had to chase that order too) I'm still awaiting to receive the first order. I've emailed countless times and only heard back a few times with a unacceptable response, Apparently last week (18/06/2020) my order was lost and I was told another one will be sent out ASAP, I personally would be sending the order 1st class so the customer would receive the item within a few days but that's just me (obviously they didn't send the resent item 1st class).... forward one week and I've still received nothing and no reply to my email I sent. Very disappointing service from a normally very good shop. Update 29-06-2020 - Still no second item (has this even been sent) Currently in the process of been refunded. This review is not against any of the actual shops as when I've been into your shops the staff are amazing and can't be anymore helpful.
