Dining in at Haute Dolci is an excellent experience. I've been twice now and have been blown away with the decor, ambience, environment and customer service. It's a lovely, high end dessert venue with white marble styled flooring, spotlights, a comfortable seating area and an exceptional level of customer service. I bought a waffle with Ferrero Rocher and Rafaello. The sauce was amazing, very rich and flavourful. The Ferrero's weren't soft like at some places, but quite crispy with a melting chocolate centre - which is pretty hard to manage without making them soft. The waffles themselves were cooked excellently, very soft and airy on the inside and ever so slightly crispy on the outside. The presentation was impeccable and was reminiscent of a really classy, high end dining experience. It is slightly expensive in comparison to other places - however taking into account the decor, ambience and quality of food, I'd say its definitely worth it just for the experience alone.

I love this place! I have been about 6-7 times and each time the food has been amazing! The service was brilliant and the staff were so welcoming. Even during the Eat out to help out evening, my order did take longer than normal only to find out they missed my order, but as soon as the issue was raised, it was dealt with in a timely manner without any complaints. Very warm place with great service! Highly recommend.
I only get one thing from HD and that's chocolate cake with custard all the time. Credit where its due, the dessert is really nice. However since Covid their chocolate cake is half the size and the custard is barely a glass full. If only the price was halved, then it would be justified. Unless I just ordered from the kids menu, which when I last checked, they don't have one!
This place is amazing when it comes to food & presentations. The desserts are amazing! And the burger that I got was spot on. Reason I've given it 4 star was because their was 1 waiter who kept looking at us like he wanted us out, the side eye I call it.
We ordered 5 burgers from the iceburg collection and the buns weren’t soft on any of them. The chicken burger came 20 minutes after the others. We asked multiple times for our burger and they said it wasn’t ready, but our burger was sitting at the kitchen window for 15 minutes and they didn’t bring it (picture below for proof). We also ordered 5 desserts and once again once of the desserts came 20 minutes later than the rest. Would not recommend.
