The sandwiches are amazing, in particular the bread. Found out they used to make their bread and now use Iceland bread. The bread is amazing! Trust me. Latte's are also really good. Also sell homemade cakes. Friendly service too.

We visit the tea shop every time we come to Norfolk. It's a beautiful shop with lots of gorgeous people who work there. There are endless choices of cakes and bakes and teas and coffees and all fresh and home made. This time one of their staff members, she knows who she is, went above and beyond for my sister and I. Following a fall crossing the road this young lady dashed to our assistance stopping the traffic so we could get my sister on her feet and to safety. Thank you Hatters you will always have a special place in my heart.

Had a pleasant lunch today, food was decent enough, and the venue pleasant. Covid-19 safety was taken seriously and the waitress was friendly. Would have loved some chips on the menu, that would have rounded the lunch right off. Glass bottles coke was a winner though.

Had Hatters brunch (harebit) for breakfast. Loved the cheese toastie with Candi chutney (spiced carrot). Had ample vegan & vegetarian sandwiches, soups and scones options too.

Off the beaten track and therefore usually slightly quieter than the main Cromer routes. An absolute gem. Fantastic sandwiches and light lunches. Great tea. And still the best scones we've had in Norfolk, light, warm and perfectly sized. If you're in the area make sure you give it a try. If you want the full afternoon tea make sure you ring ahead and book in advance.
