The ladies in Hatters never fail to make me smile...and...the selection of fillings is great for sandwiches, salads, wraps... any combination. And, then there's the pasties, sausage rolls and cakes to temp the discerning diner! All very reasonably priced. Love this little gem of a sandwich shop!
Warm friendly service and great food. I eat here a couple of times a week and find it reasonably priced, good variety. Try out the brownies you won't regret it
You've just lost a customer. I'm trying to support the High St and went in to Hatters for a sandwich, as I did last week, only to be told (abruptly) when I tried to pay with a card that it's a minimum spend of 5. I mentioned that it was ok last week when I used my card only to be told that I must have bought something else, which I didn't. I asked where is the sign saying minimum spend of 5 using a card. I was told (abruptly) \It doesn't\ How can anyone providing a customer service think that this is acceptable. I'll go elsewhere from now on, there's plenty of choice
