We ate here twice during our stay at the Bellevue Hotel (the restaurant is located on the second floor). Somewhat confusingly, the name on the menu and at the door is "Homare Japanese Restaurant and Grill" and not "Hatsune" - maybe they rebranded. In any case, the food and the service is quite good, however, their uni is a notch above: huge serving and very fresh. Their gyoza is also very good. Prices are reasonable. One negative, it is somewhat lacking in ambiance, the decor does not match the quality of the food.

We dined here 2 nights in a row and were totally happy with our experience during both nights! Loved the sashimi and cold noodles. The salted chicken yakitori was great!

The quality of the food has deteriorated from the last time I was here and a lot of the items I wanted to order were not available. Service on the other hand was average... prices are also too expensive for the quality
