I paid JCC Auto Mechanics \extra\ to fit a new tyre and balance it, to a loose wheel, they didn't even have to take the wheel off. When I went to fit the wheel I found it still had the old, rusty weights on the rim, OBVIOUSLY it had not been balanced. Equally obviously, I won't be back.

I had a NoX sensor refitted after the diagnostics was done by the same company. My car was collected kindly and the part was ordered and fitted. The price was far cheaper than Mercedes itself. The communication was great. Very friendly staff members who take time to explain everything and what the options are. My car was very kindly dropped off to me at home which is a great service and a courtesy car was also offered. I was very happy with the service and will be taking my car for all it’s needs from now on. My work was done with a 12 months warranty which is great peace of mind. Staff had PPE on and my car was well protected with coverings also which is remarkable to see.
