Wife's new car, I can highly recommend this dealer, Jay Grant has been fantastic with all our dealings with him. We were originally looking to replace the wife’s XF sportsbrake sport with something a bit newer so we’re looking to purchase a new one in the colour she had in mind. But we had not seen one yet, our local dealer was just not interested in getting a car in we could view and drive. So we ended up at Hatfield’s. Everyone was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. Jay introduced himself and explained that he did not have the required car in stock at Liverpool but will get one to view. Then came the prime question “instead of new had you considered a ex demo ? “ long story short we are now the proud owners of an XF sportsbrake sport R with all the bells and whistles in the right colour and it’s awesome. The old car was a very reluctant sale due to personal reasons, but Jay has been not only been considerate but very patient throughout the transaction a true credit for the company he works for. Top marks from me.
