Bought a 2 year old Ibiza and when we found the locking wheel nut was missing, it was impossible to get a return call. When we finally spoke with the sales manager (Mark Barclay) he was arrogant and condescending and essentially explained we are WRONG as they have an infallible process. (There was never a tool kit as promised in there) ZERO post sales customer service. All I can advice is avoid there are plenty of other options. Given we collected the car during lockdown it was not possible to go through the normal process but to then accuse the customer of having lost something they never had is rather shabby at best.

Not the best bought 2 cars from them 11 months ago and had nothing but problems sold one back to them at a 1800 loss now selling the other as its no good In response to your reply What is the point paid nearly 10,600 for two cars Last december one which i sold back due to issues with a loss of 1800 only for it to be up for sale now for 5440 and the second car still has on going issues booked in yet again but looks like we are going to loss more money certainly will not be buying from seat again

Unfortunately Seat Hatfield have given extremely poor after sales customer service. A piece of equipment was missing from the vehicle and the garage refuses to provide this equipment claiming that it was present in the vehicle at the time of sale. Whether or not there is documentation, as a customer I would expect the decent thing to do would be to supply the (low cost) item free of charge. Very disappointing. What happened to “The customer is always right”?

Just had the annual service on my car which, unfortunately and unexpectedly, resulted in replacing both rear suspension springs! The cost of these was somewhat higher than I expected but the service agent, Sanjeev, was able to negotiate a decent discount for me. Many thanks. As things are difficult for everyone at this time, it is pleasing to still receive good and courteous service.

Great 5 star car buying experience at Hatfield SEAT. From my first contact with Andrew until my handover (same day I might add) he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, also, Mark in Finance explained everything in simple terms keeping things at my level. Would recommend contacting these guys for your next car purchase. Great location and a very nice showroom.
