Deeply disappointed with the service with Packaging2Buy. Order a Geami manual dispenser and paper to use in the unit. Having used Geami in the past I knew it was key to getting a large gift box order processed for a important client on time and in budget. Firstly part of the paper order turned up but only part of the order so I called them. Don't worry nothing has been held up in the warehouse I was told and expect the rest in the afternoon to arrive by courier. The second delivery arrived the remainder of the paper but no dispenser. So I called again and following a call back Packaging2Buy told me that the dispenser hadn't even been dispatched and was in still at a warehouse. For me it is disappointing that I have to chase, secondly the depot that dispatches the order appeared to be out of stock of the dispenser, so why say it is in stock on your website. I got a refund as the dispenser would then arrive to late for us to be able to use and was refunded shipping. All in all I won't use this site and wouldn't recommend especially if you are working to tight deadlines as they may not have items in stock as advertsied.

I received the items that I ordered which were tapes for cardboard boxes. Normally I thought they were thick rolls but once they arrived they were thin rolls. I sent them two emails but I have yet to receive a response from them. I get I made the mistake of not checking the size but the pictures were only of thick rolls and in the description these tapes were good to hold big boxes. Not responding to the emails is really bad for a company. Definitely will not order from this place again.
They have a large variety of good products - and I have found the ones I have used to be good quality and value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its good to see that they are continually expanding the Eco-friendly range of products - the Geami packaging looks great!
There are a great range of products, the ordering process is very logical and straightforward. I have had many of Packaging2Buys products over the years - and always found the team very helpful, and the quality of the products well priced, good quality and great value for money. I will be buying again.
Highly recommended, an excellent service that specialises in eco-friendly packaging at great value. They are professional and very willing to go the extra mile.
