We are always impressed with the whole process, it is troublefree they do what they say they are going to and a bit more and to time. Adrian is first class always helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. I do have one complaint about him though. I keep telling him to call me Dave but he continues to call me sir, I have solved the problem by calling him sir as well. Top bloke.

Just had my new van in the VW workshop for a repair under warranty had to wait four days, just remember to book a curtesy van in if you want to carry on working as its a bit slow there at the moment. But generally good service
