My stay at Minshuku Shirahama was an enjoyable experience. It's run in a friendly and casual manner, and is famous for its seafood. Considering the quality of the meals, I think the rate was fair, although I'm still a little put off that I was charged 200 yen for a small load of laundry, which felt was a bit money grubbing. In my experience, minshuku on the henro trail that offer to *do* laundry usually include it as a part of the standard rate, or perform it as a \favor\ for pilgrims. Not Shirahama, apparently. Rate was 8000 yen for a single room, breakfast, and dinner.

ご家族皆様で切り盛りされてるお店でアットホームな雰囲気で良かった！ 鰹のタタキ丼とうどんのセットがスゴイ美味しかった！
たたき定食を食べました。十分なボリュームでした
歩き遍路で利用しました。窪川からの距離もちょうどよく今の時期、貴重な位置にあります。
モーニングを、美味しくいただきました。
経営者の態度が悪すぎる。何にイライラしたか知りませんが頼んでいる途中に「で、何個なの？」と聞かれ、こちらもきちんと個数注文し、結局間違った品を持ってくる始末。腹がたったのを通り越し呆れました。何回か食べに行っていましたが二度と行きません。不愉快でした。
うどんがメインで定食有り。ランチは700円でコーヒー付き。
