I've had an extremely positive experience of being a resident in a Hastoe home, with our great housing manager based in the Poundbury office.

I had no hot water at all 6 months, with no contact from anyone, unless I rang them first, just got pushed from pillar to post, even though they were fully aware I was pregnant and had a disabled partner. Now it's been over 10 days with water pouring in through my front door and everytime I ring, I just get told there was a failure in the system so the job hasn't been passed to anyone.
