Council run by red tape bureaucrats who defies common sense approach. bureaucratic red tape at its best.

What's the deal with the pink recycling bags? You don't deliver them anymore and more often than not when you try and pick some up from the council offices you have no bags. One time you said a delivery was due to arrive and then you ran out again within two days. ORDER MORE BAGS NEXT TIME, it's that simple. The system is so woefully managed that my neighbours buy bags from the supermarket as dealing with HBC is such a headache.

impossible to talk to a person on the telephone I waited twenty minutes to try to talk to somebody in planning to no avail.

Not much help in the end. After going through the process. Infact no help left to do it all myself. Having to justfy myself so seemed all pointless in the end. What is this country coming too.
