Such excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Steve goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Always well stocked in the shop and will willingly order in where possible

A very interesting experiance...... Seriously.... A proper shop for getting your non human goodies. In my opinion much more reasonably priced then the big retail competitor and the staff are genuine and no way pushy to sell you stuff you don't really need. The cats are really the stars!!!! 30 plus
