Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish! Ian was everything you'd hope an undertaker to be. Kind, compassionate, professional and made a difficult time so much easier by taking care of everything and giving me one less thing to worry about. Discovering by total coincidence that he actually knew my dad years ago really was the icing on the cake! The celebrant he chose for us was also five star and it felt like she knew my dad personally. If your reading these reviews and trying to decide who to go with for your loved one, choose these guys, you wont regret it.

I cannot thank Aleisha Terry and all the staff at Harvey's norwich road costessy for the respect and love they showed to my brother david jackson whilst he was in their care . and also their service was exceptional making myself my daughter and my partner feel at ease through our most difficult time I can see why david said he wanted you to look after him ....nothing is too much trouble for them ....thank you again for All your help .....we really appreciated everything you did xxxxxx .
Outstanding service. The care and respect shown to my late husband and myself and family was amazing. Couldn't do enough for us and ensured all my requests were carried out exactly as I wished. Guided me through the process step by step in my own time and without any pressure. Thank you Ian and Alice you made the darkest days of my life just that little bit brighter.
Very helpful. Great service but do not chose to deal with your donations if you want that money to go out as soon as possible. They will hang on it as long as possible, obviously to earn more interest.
