Very good food and respectful service. Only downside, they CHARGED 2 for a refill of Diet Coke. I understand business, but when Im spending 51.00 on food, A refill on 1 soda should NOT BE a line item. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT
Called 10 times and no one answered. I figured it was busy so I went in to place a to go order. After arriving and waiting 5 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order I was told to wait so a party that arrived AFTER me could be seated. Two other employees came up to the front, one wrote down my order and walked away without putting my order in, the other started answering the phone and putting those orders in while I was waiting to pay and then walked way. I figured 10 minutes of waiting in a cramped lobby was enough time to wait before taking my business elsewhere. The staff seemed friendly but management needs to do a better job with assigning roles to their staff.
Tried their dine-in and observed a very good practice for COVID prevention with alcohol cleaning, hand gel and distancing. Great hospitality and great food too! My salad and Udon with tempura presented nicely and were both delish! I got chicken teriyaki bento to-go. It was a big portion and tasted very good too. I plan to visit again and try other dishes!
Really disappointed with this Haruki. Since the pandemic I’ve ordered takeout a few times and each time the experience has gotten worse. Quality of rolls not there and they do not cut the rolls thinner when we ask them to. When we are dining in there is no problem but takeout they just don’t care \u200d️ what a shame
