Can’t recommend Harts Flooring enough! So happy with our carpet. Such a lovely local small business. I didn’t know the first thing about buying a carpet but went into store a spoke to Mige, she was lovely, I didn’t feel like I was any trouble at all and nothing was too much, I didn’t feel pressured but she wanted me to have the carpet I was 100% happy with. She made me feel very comfortable. A few weeks later I wanted to move my carpet fitting forward due to going back to work, I spoke to Debbie and she managed to fit us in sooner, without any trouble. We had our carpet fitted today and we are so so happy with it, better than I expected. Not only have we got a carpet we love, I can’t wait to go back to Harts for our next carpet/floor! I could have been seriously injured, if not killed this morning due to Hart's driver. Whilst passing between 2 parked cars (on my bike) on either side of the road, this driver thought it would be acceptable to speed up behind me and then try and squeeze between me and the parked car on the opposite side. Not only did he come close enough to potentially knock me off between the the moving van and parked car, but close enough for me to bang the side of the van to make him aware of my presence (because flashing lights were obviously not enough) which the driver did not even seem to notice. It just shows the complete lack of care to any other road user, and pure ignorance of the driver. If Hart are employing these kind of people I would not recommend them on that alone. To the driver who got to work at 07:50 this morning - shame on you. Maybe one day you will have to explain to someone why you have killed their friend/ family with your careless driving.

Excellent service. They were really helpful and knowledgable when deciding on what carpet to get. Got the fitting in really quickly like we needed, really happy with the fitting, carpet and a competative price. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Cushion floor was not cut to the edge of the cupboards, and they refused to make good their shoddy work. Rude and very expensive. Avoid...
