Used Kingfisher and found their service outstanding. Why You ask? Well, It’s not often you come across a company that are this honest and tell you the real situation. This was the case here, instead of trying to charge me a good few hundred pounds to repair my device, they advised I sell it for spares and repairs and then purchase a working machine, stating it would cost me less. They didn’t make any money at all by doing that. So here it is, an honest customer service first company, that I highly rate and recommend.

Issues re installing a disc to my MacBook Air. Despite this happening on a Sunday, Darren rang me and talked me through the re installation until I was able to complete the rest myself. Darren then checked in every couple of hours to see how I was getting - and didn’t charge a penny. Kingfisher will be the only computer shop I use from now and I’ll be sourcing a Mac from them soon. Highly recommended! Thanks again.

Kingfisher have helped me out massively over the past few years! More so recently they've helped with a laptop repair job on my gaming laptop. They replaced the keyboard and SSD and everything has been working smoothly since. They've also helped with my business Apple products! Including my Macbook Pro Laptop, my iMac and my iPhone!
